Rail Locator Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Rail Locator app (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), operated by GeoTrak Tracket JV Ltd. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for use by individuals aged 16 and over. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old.

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

All intellectual property rights in the App, including trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs, and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the App, remain the property of GeoTrak Tracket JV Ltd.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

GeoTrak Tracket JV Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
